Please understand you will be tracking macros. So you will need to use a "food scale" and you will be using a site like "" to track the macros/calories I suggest for you on a weekly basis. I will be giving you macros to hit weekly and I will be giving you the amount of cardio to hit weekly. You will be 100% responsible for your own workout routine. I will be monitoring your progress for the whole 8 weeks. We will keep in touch through email and I respond swiftly within 24 hours (usually much sooner). I will do my absolute best to get you the results you need.


Once I verify your payment I will contact you within 24 to 48 hours. I will then ask some questions about your current eating habits and workout routine. This will really help me come up with effective starting macros and cardio goals to help ensure we get you the results you desire. 


(This is not a meal plan) I will be giving you Macros to hit each day (Protein, fats, and Carbs). You will be responsible for picking the food choices. Don't worry I will be there along the way if you need any suggestions with food choices.
